Why is the Realtor Naked?

    OK….this is the place. I start with the premise that you are not stupid. You are not dazzled or confused by all the media hype and fast talking you hear about real estate.

On the other hand, you would like to have basic, honest information about the process of buying and selling a home.

I will provide that with one qualifier…..the information is pertinent to the District of Columbia and the surrounding Maryland suburbs. I don’t pretend to know anything about Virginia and I won’t pretend to know about the entire United States. That being said, if this is your market….read on.
